Offset sheet printing is the most widely used technology thanks to its potential applications and overall commonality. This method of printing can be used for nearly all possible types of printed materials.

Its primary advantage is moderate costs. The lower threshold of efficiency is from 500 to 1,000 sheets. In brief, it is technically improved plate printing. The printing form is made from a thin metal form on which printed and blank elements are installed in the same plane with no relief.

Greased and prepared elements absorb ink for printing and repel water while the blank elements absorb water and repel ink. This is an indirect printing technique as the ink is first applied from this printing form onto a rubber cylinder and then onto paper. The text on the printed plate will be legible, as opposed to the printing from above and below.
